Chapter 29
At Taeyoon’s sudden command, Seorin’s eyes, which had been fixed straight ahead, wavered.
“Lean against the wall?” What on earth was he trying to do? The bed was behind them. And engaging in sexual activity anywhere other than the bed was, at least in Seorin’s mind, unthinkable.
“Didn’t you hear me? Turn around.”
At Taeyoon’s urging, Seorin, unable to bear it any longer, protested.
“What exactly are you trying to do?”
“If we’re going to do it, we should do it properly, don’t you think? You might not know this, but this is my preference.”
Seorin bit her lip and glared at him. But Taeyoon didn’t budge. It was as if he was saying, “The choice isn’t yours, it’s mine.”
Seorin had no choice but to turn around and walk towards the wall. As she stood right in front of it, she felt hands digging into her waist. She thought he was going to take off her skirt, but his next action was unexpected. There was a ripping sound, like threads tearing.
“What are you doing?!”
As Seorin, flustered, tried to turn her head, Taeyoon grabbed her by the nape of her neck with one hand and whispered into her ear.
“Did I not tell you this either?”
“This is also my preference, you know.” A hand that had slipped through the torn slit of her skirt now even ripped Seorin’s underwear.
Seorin’s clothes were increasingly reduced to mere scraps. Cold air seeped through the gaping tears in the fabric.
A completely new sense of shame made Seorin bite her lip. Being in such a state, neither dressed nor fully undressed, she would have preferred to be completely naked.
A moment later, she heard a click, like a buckle coming undone, and then something heavy touched the crease of her buttocks.
“Ah!”
Startled, Seorin unconsciously tried to lift her body in resistance, but she couldn’t budge. Seorin felt completely trapped.
Then, she felt something intensely powerful pierce her raw flesh.
The pain inflicted on her unlubricated body was immense. Seorin let out a pained moan and pressed her body against the wall as if to escape.
Seorin’s cheek touched the wall, and her body stood perfectly straight, as if plastered against it.
“Tsk. That’s not how you do it, Seorin.”
Taeyoon, clicking his tongue, grabbed Seorin’s waist and pulled her towards him. As her hips were pulled, Seorin’s body naturally bent into an L-shape. Taeyoon then pressed his body against hers.
“Hah!”
It penetrated deep, as if to pierce Seorin’s lower abdomen, and then began to move rhythmically, with slapping sounds.
Her body swayed back and forth, and Seorin naturally leaned her hands on the wall for support.
But Taeyoon wouldn’t even let her do that as she wished. The hand that had been holding her waist moved up to her chest, pushing her upper body upright. As a result, Seorin’s body arched like a bow.
Taeyoon slowly licked Seorin’s earlobe, which was close to his mouth, and then gently bit it.
An unfamiliar hum escaped Seorin’s lips. Her body, already saturated with a delicate sensation, seemed to perceive that pain as another form of pleasure, bringing even greater satisfaction.
The hot breath against her ear filled her entire body, and the scent emanating from Taeyoon’s body seemed to burn her lungs like a searing hot iron. Each time Taeyoon thrust his lower body, her lower abdomen felt increasingly heavy, like a swollen ball.
Seorin’s body trembled violently. She couldn’t tell if it was because of the posture, supporting her body on her tiptoes, or because of Taeyoon repeatedly stimulating her erogenous zones.
“Ah… Uh-huh!”
When she finally opened her mouth to moan, a dry, hoarse sound came out. Taeyoon grabbed Seorin’s head and pressed his mouth to hers.
It tasted sweet. The sensation of his tongue swirling in her mouth was terrifyingly good, and Seorin felt as if she was half out of her mind. She let out saliva and received Taeyoon’s tongue like a newborn baby.
After that, she was barely conscious. Only the vague awareness that her body had been moved from place to place remained whenever she briefly opened her eyes.
On the table, against the window overlooking the Seoul city center, and finally, in the bathtub, Seorin was continuously shaken and trembled.
When she finally opened her eyes, she was on the bed.
Taeyoon was gone, and Seorin was lying alone on the remaining side of the bed. A sense of bitterness washed over her. She hadn’t expected tenderness, but Taeyoon’s suddenly altered attitude felt strange.
However, she couldn’t dare to criticize him. It was Seorin, herself, who had made Taeyoon that way.
Their distorted and twisted night was just beginning.
“I’m sorry, Oppa.”
Seorin’s first words to Cheonghyeon were an apology. She had called him after days of agonizing.
She couldn’t continue her superficial relationship with Cheonghyeon while maintaining a physical relationship with Taeyoon.
Even though she was pushed to her limits, she knew what was right and what was wrong.
She shouldn’t have used Cheonghyeon like that.
At Seorin’s apology, Cheonghyeon spoke in a bitter voice. “I thought it was a good start, but I didn’t expect to be dumped so mercilessly.”
“…I’m sorry. Really…”
Seorin just kept repeating “I’m sorry.” What else could she say? She had used him as she pleased, and now that the situation had come to this, she was trying to cut ties.
She knew better than anyone that she was selfish. That made her feel even more regretful.
Seeing Seorin repeatedly apologize, Cheonghyeon let out a light laugh.
“Hey, hey, don’t apologize so much. I kind of expected to get a call like this eventually.”
“How could I not know? The way you treat me is so different from how you treat Taeyoon.”
The laughter was still there, but she didn’t miss the hidden bitterness within it.
“Still, I thought I might have a chance this time. I thought that if the spot next to you became empty, you might look at me once.”
“It didn’t seem to be the case,” he added briefly, and Seorin’s head drooped lower and lower.
A mix of apology and sorrow tangled, leaving her unable to utter a single word. Seorin kicked at the dusty ground with the tip of her shoe. Dirt flew up, revealing the bare earth beneath.
“…But, if you ever need help, just say the word, Seorin. Whatever it is, wherever you are, I’ll always be on your side.”
With Cheonghyeon’s words, their conversation came to an end.
Seorin’s gaze lowered, and she made a sad expression. How would she face Cheonghyeon in the future? Could they still be comfortable oppa and dongsaeng as before?
Seorin lacked the confidence. The confidence to face him with an indifferent expression.
To soothe her melancholic heart, Seorin sat for a while under the wisteria shade, then stood up and slowly walked away.
She had nothing specific to do and thought of going to the kitchen to help Suwon-daek until Youngsook called for her.
When she first arrived here, she almost ran around constantly because Youngsook kept calling for her, but things were different these days.
Since Taeyoon’s marriage announcement, Youngsook’s mind had noticeably relaxed, and she no longer badgered Seorin as before.
Instead, she was busy talking about the marriage to Chaehee here and there, and Seorin was an afterthought. Other madams also barely paid attention to her.
No one paid attention to her, but Seorin preferred it that way. If she slowly killed time like this, Taeyoon would get married, and by then, she would be able to leave this place. Youngsook wouldn’t need her presence anymore anyway.
“Taeyoon Oppa will give up on me by then, too.”
She didn’t think Taeyoon would cling to her even after marrying Chaehee. Despite appearances, he had a surprisingly old-fashioned side. He had decided to marry her when they were young and had kept that intention for over 20 years.
So, Taeyoon wouldn’t maintain their relationship at the cost of abandoning his newly established family.
Moreover, Seorin wouldn’t tolerate it either. Continuing a physical relationship with a married man…
Therefore, their relationship was until his marriage to Chaehee. That was an undeniable fact.
Taeyoon, too, would eventually discard her once he’d had his fill, simply out of boredom. His recent tyranny was probably just an act of taking out his frustration, stemming from having to give up Eun Seorin, whom he had long believed to be his.
Seorin, who had been making predictions closer to her fervent wish, let out a long sigh through her teeth.
A day felt like an eternity, and having to spend several months here only made her sigh more.
