Synopsis
The troublemaker of the divine realm, Raphaella, the Goddess of Corruption and Revelry.
As punishment for shattering the Mirror of the Gods, she ends up possessing the body of an ugly, disgraced imperial princess.
To return to the divine realm, she must collect the fragments of the broken mirror
and find someone who can die in her place.
Trapped in a human body and forced to endure life day by day, Raphaella encounters Duke William, a rigid principlist known as βthe Empireβs Final Standard.β
βIf the world were full of stiff people like you, it would snap instead of bending. You need someone easygoing like me too.β
βYour Highness isnβt bending with flexibilityβyou seem to fly off in completely random directions.β
βWhy? Want me to send you flying too?β
βIβll pass.β
William constantly sighs and rubs his temples at her utterly unprincesslike speech and behavior,
while Raphaella treats him without the slightest restraint, despite his stone-like inflexibility.
The narrow-minded Duke Klimt and the disaster-prone ruffian princess Raphaella.
Two people with completely opposite personalities grow close while bickering as they travel together in search of the mirror fragments.
But soon, ominous shadows appear on their path across the continent,
and an unknown conspiracy slowly tightens its grip around Raphaella.
βRaphaella, have you finally found someone whoβll die for you?β
βShut up unless youβre the one dying in their place.β
βYou really never change.β
Where will the goddess Raphaellaβs choice ultimately lead?
