Synopsis – “Nightly Husband Lessons”
“This old man made a promise with his friends — that our grandchildren would marry each other someday.”
It all started as a joke — a playful promise made between grandfathers that their grandchildren would one day be wed.
But when So-eun turned twenty, that joke suddenly became reality — a contract marriage rushed into motion.
“Guess you’re still a kid, huh?”
“I’m not! I’m an adult — I know enough about everything.”
“Then let’s act like it. You be the wife, I’ll be the husband.”
Her husband treated her like a child, yet his burning eyes told another story.
He would look as if he might devour her whole… then just as quickly, he’d let her go.
He was blunt, cold even — but strangely kind in ways that made So-eun’s heart race.
Then, as if things weren’t complicated enough, her husband became a professor in her very own department.
“Miss Yang So-eun, please stay behind after class.”
“So, who was it again — the one who boasted she already knew everything?”
“T-that was…!”
“There’s still so much to teach you. I think I’ll give you lessons every night, So-eun.”
Without meaning to, So-eun had become married to her professor.
Now she’s caught between classroom and bedroom — pursued, teased, and taught in both worlds.
But just when she thought things couldn’t get messier, another arranged fiancé appears before her.
“Divorce him and come to me. I was supposed to be your real arranged partner.”
Three grandchildren, one tangled promise — and a love triangle she never saw coming.
“Can I really keep this marriage… or should I let it all go?”
