Chapter 2
Oh, Lord.
Why won’t You take that brat away instead of leaving him here?
On top of that, his cursed mouth had no intention of stopping and just kept moving.
“Mother was right. You really do look like you’re about to die any moment. Your face is as pale as kneaded flour. Tsk. Don’t think about clinging to me. I don’t want to catch your illness.”
“Your Highness the Crown Prince, that is far too rude—”
“It’s fine, nanny.”
In the original story too, Aymon—that bastard—never fixed that rotten temper of his. If something can’t be fixed and used properly, it’s better to just toss it aside. There was no reason for me to get my feelings hurt over him.
Why would I dirty my own hands when there are other ways to deal with trash? He’s going to die by the male lead’s hand anyway.
“Let’s just go. I’m tired.”
“…Yes, Your Highness the Princess.”
The nanny stopped protesting.
The crown prince frowned, perhaps expecting me to snap back at him, but I just walked right past.
I finally had a sliver of hope to survive—so why should I care about some bratty kid?
Kid, just keep living that way for the rest of your life. As for me, I don’t have the energy to waste on you—I need all of it to keep myself alive.
Besides, there were plenty of people around to guide me to my quarters.
“Hey. Hey! I’m calling you, why aren’t you turning around, hey!”
…And so, I decided to ignore this spoiled mama’s boy completely.

The Empress, after confirming that Lespris’ treasure had arrived safely, immediately went to see the Emperor.
“The princess has arrived safely, Your Majesty.”
The Emperor lifted his gaze from the documents he had been buried in. His eyes were barren, desolate.
The Empress stiffened in tension. Though she had lived alongside the Emperor for years and even borne him a child, he still terrified her.
Meeting his gaze always felt like returning to that first private audience before their marriage—his detached, cold eyes gazing at her as though she were mere prey standing before a predator.
Clenching her fists, she parted her dry lips.
“I have contacted Evergreen once more. The promised return date is approaching, so there is nothing to worry about.”
“I see. Since you promised to take responsibility for Princess Sienna, I’ll leave it to you. Keep Aymon in check so he doesn’t make any mistakes.”
“…Aymon has grown a lot, Your Majesty. He knows well enough what it means for Sienna to be here in the imperial palace. Please trust him.”
The Empress smiled softly as she spoke.
The Emperor always had the power to replace the Crown Prince at will. To him, even his own son was nothing more than a future heir to the Empire.
The only thing the Emperor truly cared for—the only object of his affection—was the Empire itself.
And so, the Empress constantly feared that his gaze might shift from Aymon to Roel instead.
She had to secure the Emperor’s favor somehow—but that was the hardest task in the world.
The Empress bit her lip. She could not avoid his eyes. He despised weakness. Like a creature frozen before a snake, she endured his gaze.
“…We’ll see.”
That single phrase was all he gave her.
Then he looked away. The Empress quietly exhaled a large breath, clutching her chest without even realizing it.
“I shall take my leave, Your Majesty. I will see you at tomorrow’s banquet. Until then, I’ll take good care of the princess.”
When the Emperor nodded, she left the chamber.
She bit her lip as she thought of her son—the young boy brimming with the arrogance unique to the imperial bloodline.
She had warned him thoroughly before Princess Sienna’s arrival, but at the end of the day, he was still just a child.
Only nine years old.
A child like a bouncing rubber ball—no one knew where he might fly off next.
The Empress gestured to a close maid.
“Go fetch the Crown Prince immediately. He did escort the princess properly, didn’t he? There were many eyes watching—he must not have made a mistake. But the Emperor won’t forgive him simply because he’s still young. That worries me.”
“I’ll go at once, Your Majesty. I’ll also question the attendants to see if anything happened.”
The Empress nodded, pressing her forehead.
Perhaps it was the blazing sun. Or perhaps the sheer weight of all her worries.
Either way, she felt dizzy.

My palace was near the Crown Prince’s quarters.
At that distance, he could’ve just guided me directly. Guess rebellion is second nature to him.
The first day was spent undergoing medical examination.
The physician who was supposed to cure me would only arrive in a week. If that person truly could heal me, then the system window should have changed already—but so far, nothing.
The next day came the dinner banquet, prepared by the Emperor as a welcoming ceremony.
Finally—the time to meet the male lead.
I had wanted to sneak out yesterday to find him, but my body simply wouldn’t cooperate. If I had taken even a single extra step, it felt like it would go on strike altogether.
And yet, in the original story, Sienna had rampaged about with this frail body, wreaking havoc everywhere. Honestly, it was impressive.
Anyway, today was my first meeting with the male lead. The entire imperial family had been invited—surely they wouldn’t leave only him out, not with the Emperor present.
I was curious about the male lead, but also about the system. Why didn’t it tell me how to reduce my death points? It still looked the same as yesterday.
Maybe when I met the male lead, the system would change? Just like how it had shifted the moment I arrived at Setrit yesterday. If being in places or meeting people tied to the original story triggered changes, then this should too. Please, let it work.
And indeed—the banquet hall was filled with the imperial family, Roel included.
The moment my eyes met his…
I nearly screamed, but hurriedly pressed my lips shut.
“Help Roel, who is hesitating over whether to eat poisoned food!”٩(രᴗര)و
Success: Death Points –3
Failure: Death Points +10
The system window had changed!
I forced myself to stay calm and greeted the Emperor with the proper courtesy.
This wasn’t the place to make mistakes—if I slipped in front of the Emperor, I’d only suffer. Even as I bowed, my eyes kept flicking to the window.
“…Thank you for coming, Sienna. We believe you will serve as a bridge between Setrit and Lespris. May you regain your health while living comfortably here.”
“Thank you, Your Majesty.”
“Sit down.”
The empty seat was beside Prince Roel. As I moved toward it, I checked the system again—
And almost screamed. Failure equals +10 points?!
My points were already at 99. Add 10, that makes 109.
Did the system just pronounce my death sentence?!
Failure was not an option. That number suffocated me just by looking at it.
I glanced at Roel. He held his fork with a blank face, but he wasn’t eating. Everyone else was eating freely.
Then I remembered—in the original story, only Roel’s food was poisoned. That’s why he could never eat properly at banquets like this.
If he ate, he’d suffer severe stomachaches and high fever. Even an idiot would realize something was wrong.
So when Roel didn’t eat, the Empress would always say—
“You have no appetite again today, Roel? Still, you must eat in occasions like this. Haah, I worry so much—he’s so picky and sensitive, Your Majesty.”
Yes, she would always feign concern like that.
And the moment she spoke, the system window turned blood red.
The death points flickered between 99 and 100. Damn it! Say something, anything!
Anything—just do something!
My mind went blank, but my body moved first.
I upended the table.
Clang! Crash! Clatter! Roll!
To be precise—I swept away everything in front of me and Roel, flinging it all to the ground. With this frail body, flipping the whole banquet table was impossible, so that was the best I could manage.
Roel stared at me in shock. My clothes were ruined, reeking of food. The heavy stench made my head spin.
“Haa… haa…”
I panted heavily.
Success!
Roel no longer hesitates over whether to eat poisoned food! (⑅˃◡˂⑅)
▶ Reward: Death Points –3
And another notification popped up.
Congratulations!
You have earned the title: “Rampaging Princess Who Flips Tables.” ˃̵͈̑ᴗ˂̵͈̑
…Now I’ll show them what a real rampaging princess looks like.
