Si Muye looked at the five burly, bear-like men and let out a disdainful snort.

The words hit hard.
The gray bear males flushed red and erupted in anger.
“You ugly freak, who are you calling useless?”
“A female carrying unknown cubs without even knowing the father dares mock us?”
“Believe it or not, we’ll beat your new mate until he’s begging on the ground!”
In the Beast World, males couldn’t attack females, so they would target her mate instead.
