 CHAPTER 9

Beom Kwon-yeol leaned back deeply into the black sofa and tilted his head.

Each time Yoon Hee-jo moved, his Adam’s apple bobbed noticeably.

“Ha… you’re doing well. Just like I taught you.”

At his words, Hee-jo hesitated for a moment, then slowly resumed moving.

It was too much stimulation. No matter how hard she tried, it wasn’t enough to fully take in Kwon-yeol.

Just like his cold gaze.

“…!”

At that moment, Hee-jo’s eyes widened, her body tensing.

“I never told you to stop.”

But his hand, kneading against her skin, was so blatant and provocative that she couldn’t move.

“Ah…”

The moment his hand brushed somewhere firm—

Her body trembled without her realizing it.

It felt as though electric currents were running through her veins, coursing through her entire body.

“You have to keep going, Hee-jo. You said you wanted to receive your gift.”

As she continued her clumsy movements, Kwon-yeol clenched his teeth and tightened his grip.

“Ha…”

Unable to hold back any longer, Kwon-yeol slipped his hands under her arms, lifted her effortlessly, and sat her on his thigh before pressing his lips to hers.

Each time firmness and softness met and rubbed together, the two of them, sharing breath, let out low moans at the same time.

“O- oppa…”

“So you’re not as innocent as you look. For someone so young, you’re quite obscene.”

As Kwon-yeol curled his fingers, Hee-jo buried her face in his shoulder, letting out a strained sound.

“How did you hide this all this time, hm? Answer me, Yoon Hee-jo.”

But she couldn’t give a proper answer.

The overwhelming sensation coursing through her body left her too busy trembling.

“You said you wanted a trophy.”

Kwon-yeol, who had been biting her earlobe, let out an incredulous laugh.

In his entire life, this was the first time someone had so blatantly called him a trophy.

If it had been anyone else, he would have ignored them—or crushed them for daring to treat the Beom family like a prize.

But strangely, when Yoon Hee-jo said it, it only amused him.

‘You said you wanted your first time with the heir of Beomho Group.’

If Kwon Si-yeol had been the heir…

If the youngest, Jae-yeol, had been the heir…

The man holding Hee-jo right now might not have been him.

Interesting. Yes—this is interesting.

So interesting it’s driving him mad.

Grabbing her waist, Kwon-yeol lifted her slightly, then moved his hand.

“Ah…!”

Her slender body trembled like a fish pierced on a spear, a scent rising from her.

A scent so intoxicating it was almost infuriating.

“How is it, Hee-jo? Are you satisfied now?”

He recalled her clear face, always smiling and saying she was fine whenever asked what she wanted.

“Ah… Kwon-yeol oppa…”

“How does it feel to take what you wanted?”

Kwon-yeol pressed his lips against the skin trembling wildly before his eyes.

He didn’t like sweet things—but this, he liked.

Even if he sucked on it until his mouth went numb, he felt like he’d never tire of it.

So this is why people go crazy over candy.

Once you taste it, you can’t spit it out.

“Wait—just a moment—”

“I told you. There’s no such thing as ‘just a moment’ in sex.”

Seems like I’ll have to teach you properly today.

Laying Hee-jo down on the wide sofa, Kwon-yeol placed his lips against the inside of her slender ankle and pressed his weight down.

Her long, pale neck was fully exposed before him.

Hee-jo couldn’t even breathe properly, swept away by overwhelming pleasure.

“I feel betrayed. But if you think about it, you just kept your mouth shut.”

Each time he moved, the muscles in his deeply carved abdomen tensed.

“So I’m thinking of making you an offer.”

Unable to endure the sensation, tears spilling from her eyes, Hee-jo was forced to meet his gaze as he gripped her chin.

“It has to be you.”

“Hng… what… what do you mean…”

“So you’ve dropped the formal speech now, Yoon Hee-jo.”

With a crooked smile, he traced the curve of her ear with his tongue and whispered:

“Promise me first. That you won’t refuse.”

Hee-jo didn’t answer.

Kwon-yeol increased his pace.

The wet, rhythmic sounds of skin meeting skin grew faster and more frequent.

Only after trembling several times did Hee-jo, as if resigned, weakly nod.

“I… I will…”

Satisfied, Kwon-yeol pressed his lips to hers.

As expected—he thought—it was his role to put on the leash and lead.

Feeling something touch her lips, Hee-jo instinctively parted them, and cool water slowly flowed into her mouth.

Like a bird being fed, she drank the water Kwon-yeol gave her.

He wiped the water trickling down her delicate chin with his large hand, set the cup aside, and pulled her into his arms.

When did we move to the bed?

Feeling the weight of Kwon-yeol’s thick, firm arm wrapped around her from behind, she blankly wondered.

They had definitely been in the living room… but at some point, she had been lifted onto the bar table like a child, then her view had flipped, and she found herself bracing against the wall.

And when she came to her senses—this was where she was now.

“You’re good at provoking, but your stamina is lacking.”

“…Or maybe you’re just excessively capable, oppa.”

At her quiet reply, Kwon-yeol let out a small laugh.

The only person who could deceive him so completely—and react like this—was Yoon Hee-jo.

His gaze drifted to her tousled light-brown hair.

Unlike Yoon Hee-jae, who took after their father with his strong, healthy build, and Hee-jo, who resembled their mother with her delicate and frail body, they shared little resemblance—except for their hair and eye color.

“…”

Kwon-yeol had met Yoon Hee-jae in university.

They sat next to each other in their first class, ended up in the same group, and naturally grew close.

He had never met someone as physically built and fond of sports as himself—and Hee-jae had said the same.

Despite his popularity—thanks to his good looks, strong physique, and easygoing personality—Yoon Hee-jae never attended drinking gatherings.

When asked why, he had replied with an embarrassed smile:

His younger sibling was waiting at home.

That was how Kwon-yeol first met Hee-jo—when he visited Hee-jae’s house.

Seven years younger than him, even younger than his own youngest sibling, Yoon Hee-jo had been a bright, clear thirteen-year-old child.

Shy, yet always hovering around her brother’s friend, drawing pictures for him or proudly writing out English words she had learned at school.

A cute child.

But they didn’t meet often.

University life was busy, and after his military service, his schedule only grew tighter with full-scale business training.

Still, he always visited on Hee-jo’s birthday.

Because of Yoon Hee-jae’s clingy, almost annoying requests—

He wanted at least one more person to celebrate Hee-jo’s birthday.

And because, he said, she only opened up to Kwon-yeol.

Each time he saw her, she had grown more.

It was amusing—and admirable—how she went from being shy at his teasing to confidently talking back.

Watching her grow from a child to a girl, and from a girl to a woman, he felt something close to pride.

Maybe it was something he picked up from the overly emotional Yoon Hee-jae.

But after her twentieth birthday, Hee-jo changed.

From a woman into an adult.

Someone who knew how to completely hide what was inside her.

Kwon-yeol gently brushed her hair back.

It’s already too late to turn back.

The moment to feel guilt and stop had long passed.

Then the only option left… was to produce a result that would benefit them both as much as possible.

Time couldn’t be reversed.

And now he knew just how warm and soft Yoon Hee-jo’s body was.

“Was it your mother?”

At his sudden question, Hee-jo slightly turned her head.

“What do you mean?”

“The one who pushed you into a blind date.”

Hee-jo tried to remain calm, but couldn’t stop her body from tensing.

“No. It’s not like that.”

“You know you’ve already been found out.”

“…”

She bit her lower lip.

Exhausted, she couldn’t think of how to recover the situation.

“You said earlier you’d accept my proposal. That you wouldn’t refuse.”

Turning her body to face him, Kwon-yeol spoke:

“Let’s get married. Just for one year.”
