Synopsis
I happened to find a dying snake by chance and saved it.
Then, before I knew it, I was bitten by its sharp fangs.
Still, it was fine.
It was fine—until I learned that I hadn’t been bitten… but bonded through a mark.
It was really fine… until I realized that fact.
When I met the snake again, I told him to remove the bond—but this ridiculously handsome, slippery man was far too shameless!
“Ruselien, you must take responsibility for me. This is all something you brought upon yourself.”
“Why me?”
I glared at him, baffled by his sudden attempt to shift responsibility.
Yet Kyliss only tilted his head, his beautiful lips curving into a faint smile.
“Because you saved me that day.”
“I just couldn’t ignore a life on the verge of death.”
“But you also patted my head. That was a proposal, wasn’t it?”
“It wasn’t!”
“It was.”
“I said it wasn’t…!”
Seriously, it wasn’t, you cunning snake!
